Heating and air conditioning is something a home or business demands perfect operation. But the food industry has an even higher level of expectations to meet. One hundred percent inspection by federal food safety inspectors, microbial testing of all contact surfaces, and the fact we are making millions of peoples dinners each day, makes "right" not good enough.
